Yang Wang

Yang Wang is the Partner of the Singapore Office at Dechert LLP, where their practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and capital market transactions. Having previously served as Managing Partner of the Beijing Office and held various roles at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Clifford Chance, and Broad and Bright, Yang has extensive experience advising strategic investors in the solar power, medical, and manufacturing sectors. Yang earned a Master of Laws in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and holds an LLB in International Law from China Foreign Affairs University. Admitted in New York and qualified in the People's Republic of China, Yang continues to contribute significantly to the fields of law and finance.
