Beth Ferguson

Beth Ferguson is an experienced Global Transformation Director with a strong background in quality management and process optimization across various industries, including pharmaceuticals and veterinary products. Currently at Dechra, since April 2022, Beth leads global transformation initiatives and has successfully guided the implementation of a global Oracle ERP system, driving efficiency and standardization of business processes. Prior experience at Teva Pharmaceuticals included roles such as Regional Quality Business Process Owner for EU & International Markets, where Beth managed enterprise-wide business process transformations and ERP rollouts.
