Jennifer Connor

Jennifer Connor is a seasoned professional in the equine industry with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management. As a Co-Founder of Riders Rent since May 2024, Jennifer oversees marketing, sales, accounting, and IT functions. Concurrently, Jennifer serves as the Co-Host of the Equestrian B2B Podcast with Equestrian Businesswomen since July 2021 and has been the NE & NY Equine Sales Manager for Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC since July 2016, specializing in equine pharmaceutical sales. Jennifer's previous roles include Co-Host of A Stable Life Podcast, General Manager at Majestic View Farms, and Bloodstock Coordinator at Blue Chip Farms, where important aspects of horse breeding and management were handled. Additionally, Jennifer owned Perfectly Plaited, a business producing handmade horse hair jewelry, and worked as an Executive Assistant at Bankers Healthcare Group, Inc. Jennifer holds a degree from the University of South Carolina, earned between 1997 and 2001.
