Kate Anatone

Kate Anatone is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC since May 2018, Kate leads the HRBP and Shared Services teams across North America, providing primary HRBP support for the global Product Development and Regulatory Affairs division. Prior experience includes Regional HR Director at C&S Wholesale Grocers, overseeing 2,200 employees, and Director of Human Resources at Phillips Exeter Academy, where strategic direction and advisory support were provided to the leadership. Kate's earlier roles include senior director positions at Timberland, where community engagement initiatives and HR management for 4,000 employees were effectively handled, as well as HR Manager for Lindt & Sprüngli’s US retail launch and various HR roles throughout earlier career stages at NHD Stores, Inc. and The Forbes Group, Inc.
