Head Of Digital Marketing at Dechra Pharmaceuticals

Thomas Molenaar has a diverse and extensive background in digital marketing and development. Thomas started their career at VOICENTRIC LIMITED as an International Sales and Marketing Consultant from January 2016 to March 2017. From March 2017 to June 2017, they worked as a Digital Developer at Growth Capital Ventures. In 2015, they joined Grutto Digital Marketing as a Digital Marketing Consultant, where they helped companies develop their online presence and digital strategy. Currently, they are employed at Dechra as the Head of Digital Marketing, a position they have held since July 2022. Before that, they served as the Group Digital Marketing and Transformation Manager from February 2022 to July 2022 and as a Digital Transformation Manager from November 2020 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, they were a Digital Marketing Developer at Dechra from August 2017 to November 2020, responsible for developing and supporting digital marketing tools for the company.

Thomas Molenaar has a diverse education history. Thomas is currently pursuing a CIM Level 7 - Marketing Leadership Programme at the Oxford College of Marketing, which they began in 2021 and will complete in 2023. In addition to this, Thomas has obtained a Digital Diploma in Professional Marketing and a Certificate in Professional Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Thomas has also studied Art of the Contemporary World & World Art Studies for their MA degree at Leiden University. Furthermore, they have completed an exchange program in (Japanese) Art History at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia and holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Art History from Leiden University. Thomas has also obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification from Google.
