Son Pham

Son Pham is a highly experienced senior scientist and tech fellow at deciBel Research, Inc., a position held since September 2004. With a strong background in software engineering and analysis, Son worked as a senior software engineer at Raytheon from January 2000 to September 2004 and as a radar analyst at XonTech from June 1996 to December 1999. Earlier experience includes a role as a software engineer at Spacelabs Healthcare and membership on the technical staff at TRW. Son Pham holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Caltech and the University of Southern California, respectively.
