Joya Kapoor is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Medtech and Life Sciences. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at DeciBio since January 2024, Joya has previously held roles as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting, where responsibilities included managing extensive primary research campaigns, conducting market research, and developing financial models. As the Founder of Vintaza Collective, Joya launched a leading pre-owned luxury resale business in India, overseeing various aspects of business development and management. Additionally, Joya founded Khel Yatra NGO, establishing a competitive track & field tournament series for underprivileged children in the Delhi-NCR region, successfully raising over $100,000 in grants to support youth participation. Joya holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Molecular Engineering from the University of Chicago and an IB Diploma from the American Embassy School, New Delhi.
