Molly Modrzynski

Molly Modrzynski's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies and organizations.

Starting in 2011, Molly worked as a Photographer for the American Marketing Association - Milwaukee Chapter, where they captured images for educational publications, networking events, and other marketing resources. Molly also processed the images and sent them to PR and President board members.

In 2012, Molly served as a Photography Intern at Uline. Molly'sresponsibilities included preparing and shooting various products for web and catalog display, as well as working with digital revisions and file sharing using software such as Photoshop CS5 and Capture One. Molly also implemented an organized system for reorganizing and updating files.

From 2013 to 2014, Molly continued to pursue their photography career as a Photographer at Marquette University. Molly produced photographs from campus events for online and print use, managing projects from request to completion. This included coordinating, directing, shooting, editing, archiving, and maintaining communication with clients. Molly also collaborated with the Marquette Athletic Department for sporting events and banquets.

During 2013, Molly had an internship with the BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF GREATER MILWAUKEE as a Marketing/Communications Intern. Molly led a monthly project for the Fox Sports Wisconsin All-Stars and participated in the Virtual Toy Drive campaign. Additionally, they generated regular reports on website and social media metrics using Google Analytics and Hootsuite.

From 2014 to 2020, Molly held the position of Director of Camp Programs at the BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS OF GREATER MILWAUKEE. In this role, they oversaw various programs at the camp, including user group retreats, day and overnight summer camp programs, and environmental education. Molly was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising staff, as well as building relationships with schools, community organizations, churches, and other entities to increase community visibility.

In 2014, Molly also briefly worked as a Development Assistant for Events and Records at the University School of Milwaukee.

From 2020 to 2021, Molly took on the role of Director of Childcare at Little Saints Early Learning Center at Saint Frances Cabrini Parish. Molly supervised and scheduled daycare and wrap-around care staff, developed policies within state licensing guidelines, and communicated with parents about their child's well-being and development.

Currently, since October 2022, Molly is the Director of Operations at Decided Excellence Catholic Media, overseeing the organization's operations and ensuring smooth functioning.
