Ramesh Subramanian

Ramesh Subramanian has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Ramesh started their career at Tata Consultancy Services in 1987 as a Project Lead and Development Lead. Ramesh then joined Syntel in 1991 and held positions as Delivery Manager and Project Manager before becoming a Delivery Director. In 2000, they co-founded Amsphere Limited and served as Director of Projects & Technology, Senior Consultant, and Director of Products & Strategy. During their time at Amsphere, they were responsible for overseeing managed testing services for major clients and implementing a knowledge practice to support businesses through change. In 2014, they joined Leading Resolutions as a Senior Consultant and later took on the role of Chief Intelligence Officer at Decimal Factor and Director at Enmorf Ltd. In all their positions, Ramesh has demonstrated strong leadership skills and provided strategic consultancy services to support change and transformation initiatives for various organizations.

Ramesh Subramanian attended D.A.V Higher Secondary School in Gopalapuram, Chennai, India from 1978 to 1983. Ramesh did not pursue a specific degree or field of study at this institution. Following this, they enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras from 1983 to 1987. Ramesh completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering during their time there.
