Roshan S. began their work experience in 2010 with an internship at NBC Bearings Ltd, where they worked on a project related to tractor segment demand analysis. In 2011, they joined eTeam Inc. as a Business Analyst, focusing on business development, team management, and recruitment processes. In 2012, they became a Business Analyst at Online Market Enhancer Pvt Ltd, where they reviewed project requirements, prepared strategies for quick delivery, and communicated with clients. Since 2015, Roshan has been working as a Senior Business & Research Analyst at Decipher Zone Technologies Pvt Ltd, implementing business development strategies, generating business prospects, and leading the sales process for large banking applications and portals.

Roshan S. attended Proton Business School from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained an MBA degree with a focus on Marketing & HR. Prior to that, they attended Shri Mahaveer Digambar Jain School, where they completed their 11th standard. During this time, Roshan's studies revolved around Mathematics and Computer Science.
