Gregory Kubiak has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Gregory started their career as a Graduate Student at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 1982, followed by a role as a Visiting Research Scientist at DuPont. Gregory then joined Rhone-Poulenc Rorer as a Senior Research Scientist and worked there until 1999.
In 2000, Gregory joined sanofi-aventis, where they held various positions including Principal Research Scientist, Principal Research Investigator, and Lead Research Investigator. Gregory worked there until 2011.
Gregory then joined Idenix Pharmaceuticals in 2012 as a Principal Research Scientist, where they stayed until 2013 before moving on to TESARO, Inc. Gregory held the position of Sr. Manager, API from 2013 to 2017 and then became the Associate Director of Technical Services until 2019.
Most recently, Gregory worked at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Process Chemistry MS&T starting in December 2019.
Gregory Kubiak pursued their education from 1976 to 1980 at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a minor in Mathematics. Gregory further advanced their education from 1980 to 1986 at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, obtaining a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
