Jen Strong has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jen started their career at Toxikon Corporation as a Lab Supervisor in 1996 and worked there until 2000. Jen then joined Alkermes, where they held various roles, including QA Specialist, Materials Management, Associate Director of Project Management for R&D, Associate Director of CSC Operations & Integration Strategy, Director of Corp Supply Chain Operations & Integration Strategy, and Director of Strategic Sourcing. Jen Strong joined Deciphera Pharmaceuticals in 2019 as the Sr. Director of Supply Chain, responsible for end-to-end leadership of the global supply chain. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Global Supply Chain.
Jen Strong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine from Quinnipiac University, completing their education at the institution from 1992 to 1996.
