Pamela Munroe

Pamela Munroe is an experienced regulatory operations professional with extensive expertise in managing regulatory submissions and operations across various pharmaceutical companies. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Regulatory Operations and Project Management at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals since April 2020, Pamela oversees the planning, preparation, and submission of eCTD applications to global health authorities and leads the development of regulatory standards and training. Prior roles include Associate Director at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, Senior Manager at Shire Pharmaceuticals, and positions at Cubist, Genzyme, and Wyeth, where Pamela cultivated strong project management and mentorship skills while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
