Rocky Basile

Rocky Basile is an experienced clinical project manager currently serving as an Associate Clinical Project Manager at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals since May 2022. Prior roles include working as a Clinical Trial Associate and an In-House Clinical Research Associate at Covance, where responsibilities included managing clinical trials, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining data integrity through source data verification and review. Rocky also served as a Clinical Trials Administrator, coordinating meetings and managing regulatory documentation to maintain an audit-ready trial master file. Prior experience includes contributing as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The College of New Jersey, where Rocky conducted behavioral research on parental monitoring of social media among adolescents, and interning as a Neuropsychologist research intern at Holy Name Medical Center, assisting with multiple sclerosis research. Rocky holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology from The College of New Jersey and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Brookdale Community College.
