Rushi Patel

Rushi Patel, MS, MBA, is a seasoned professional in alliance management and strategy consulting, currently serving as Senior Manager at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals since September 2023. Previous experience includes roles as Strategy Consultant/Team Leader at Health Advances and Scientist in Immuno Oncology at EMD Serono, Inc., where Rushi managed in-vitro aspects of discovery projects and developed immunological assays. Rushi also held positions as Associate Scientist at EMD Serono and In-Vitro Pharmacologist at Pfizer, contributing to various drug development initiatives. Prior military experience as a CBRN Specialist in the US Army equipped Rushi with leadership and operational coordination skills.
