Sierra Desiree Threatt has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Sierra Desiree began their career as a Unit Manager at Waffle House, where they received management training and excelled in strategic planning and personnel management. Sierra Desiree then joined Choice Home Care as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw operational efficiencies, administration, and training. Sierra then moved on to Advanced Care Partners as a Revenue Manager, where they became an expert in commercial insurance and receivables. In their most recent role at Decisely, they served as a Revenue & SaaS Billing Manager, responsible for managing and analyzing financial data to optimize profitability. Throughout their career, Sierra has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage projects and personnel.

Sierra Desiree Threatt completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology & Business from Southern Wesleyan University from the years 2006 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent, specializing in Accident, Health, and Life insurance. This certification was obtained from the Georgia Department of Insurance & Safety Fire in June 2020.
