Kelly Sons is a seasoned marketing research professional with extensive experience in crafting and executing research studies. Currently serving as a Marketing Research Manager at Decision Analyst since August 2017, Kelly plans and implements approximately 20-30 custom research studies annually, designing methodologies and questionnaires tailored to clients' needs. Previously, at JCPenney from 2008 to 2017, Kelly held various roles including Senior Creative Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team to produce marketing copy for a customer base of over 45 million and leading an e-commerce copy team to develop over 100,000 product descriptions yearly. Kelly's earlier experience includes roles at Home Interiors & Gifts and Publicis Hawkeye, where copywriting and creative development for marketing and advertising initiatives were central to the contributions made. Kelly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising/Mass Communications from Texas State University.
