Sudheer Machani has a diverse work experience, starting in 2007 as a Research Analyst at Datamonitor Consumer, where they conducted extensive secondary research on the global Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) markets. Sudheer then moved on to World Market Intelligence as a Research Analyst, where they defined target markets and conducted primary and secondary research on the Retail and Interior Design Products market.

In 2011, Sudheer joined RESPONSE Limited as an Advisor - Sales & Customer Retention, where they collaborated with multiple stakeholders to drive sustainable impact and performed customer profiling based on data analysis. Sudheer then joined GlobalData Plc as an Analyst, specializing in analyzing and interpreting research results and providing custom and syndicated industry research deliverables.

At Deloitte Consulting, Sudheer held multiple roles, starting as a Business Technology Analyst, before becoming a Consultant. In these roles, they drove project delivery and project management for benchmarking and RPA solutions, worked with clients and project teams globally, and acted as a primary point of contact for clients. Sudheer also headed a team of business analysts and facilitated communication between offshore and onshore teams.

At FIABLES OFFSHORING SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, Sudheer served as a Lead Business Consultant, managing client interaction, project management, and requirements elicitation. Sudheer also designed and implemented processes for clients, resulting in robust and efficient tools.

Most recently, Sudheer worked at Tracxn as an Associate Vice President, where they owned operations and delivery for a department, managed multiple high-performing teams, and delivered custom research to various investment firms and corporates for their investment decisions.

Currently, Sudheer is the Head - Delivery & Customer Engagement at Decision Engines, a position they started in 2022.

Sudheer Machani completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Sudheer then pursued a Master of Business & Management degree from the University of Strathclyde in 2009-2010. In 2018, Sudheer obtained the certification of Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional from Automation Anywhere.
