Every leader makes decisions. Few have ever been taught how.

Not in their MBA. Not by their mentor. Not in their first leadership role. Strategy, finance, and execution get trained. The discipline of deciding never does. And in a world where AI accelerates everything, including the consequences of poor judgment, that gap is no longer survivable.

Decision Forensics™ is the discipline that closes it.

Developed by Jen McCorkle, Decision Forensics™ is the first complete discipline for making decisions that are transparent, defensible, and built to withstand scrutiny at every level of an organization. It goes beyond decision intelligence and decision architecture. It is the complete standard for how humans think, decide, and defend what matters most.

This discipline rests on three foundational pillars:

DEEPER™ - a critical thinking framework that trains leaders to examine assumptions, challenge bias, and see what others miss. Before you can decide well, you must think deeply.

Data-Driven Leadership® - the standards and analytical rigor that ensure every high-stakes decision is examined with the right evidence, the right process, and the right people.

The Decision Advantage™ - a platform currently in development that brings the full Decision Forensics™ methodology to organizations at scale.

Decision Forensics™ applies wherever human judgment is irreplaceable. In decisions too complex, too novel, or too high-stakes for AI to own, and in the growing space where humans are accountable for decisions AI helps make.

We believe decisions are not just choices. They are the foundation of your leadership, your organization, and your legacy.

Think Deeper. Decide Intentionally. Defend Easily.
