Anastasiya Nikolayenko

Anastasiya Nikolayenko has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within the management consulting and telecommunications industries.

From 2020 to present, they have been employed at Decision Inc. as the Head of Project Management Office. Prior to that, from April 2020 to December 2020, they worked as a Senior Change and Project Manager at the same company.

Before joining Decision Inc., they worked at Betapoint from July 2018 to April 2020 as the Head of PMO and Senior Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for business development, project and program management, and delivering change management services to clients.

From October 2017 to February 2018, they worked as a Management Consultant at TSSI GLOBAL SOURCING SOLUTIONS LIMITED. Anastasiya Nikolayenko began their education history by obtaining a PRINCE2 certification in Project Management from Smart PM in 2018. In 2015, Anastasiya attended another program at Ericsson, completing the "Leadership Core Curriculum" course. Anastasiya also received a Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certification from Ericsson in 2014. From 2012 to 2013, they attended the University of the Witwatersrand, where they completed a 6-month Manager Program as part of the NMP - Swedish Trade Council. In their earlier education, Anastasiya graduated from St Michael's School, Bloemfontein in 1996 with a matric qualification that included university exemption. Additionally, they attended Bytes Academy for Advanced Excel training and Tableau Software for Data Analytics Training, focusing on data processing and analysis.
