Danelle Vivier

Danelle Vivier has a diverse work experience in the field of mechanical engineering and business intelligence. Danelle is currently employed as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Decision Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer at HG Molenaar from 2019 to 2021.

Danelle also gained valuable experience as a part-time Mechanical Engineering Intern at RADARVISION LIMITED from 2017 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for designing enclosures for electronic components and collaborated with electrical engineers and production managers.

Danelle further expanded their skills as a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer at Akura Engineering Manufacturing Company from 2017 to 2019. Their responsibilities included issuing manufacturing jobs and CAD design, while collaborating with senior and junior staff as well as workshop personnel.

Danelle also worked as a Mechanical Systems Engineer at RFID Experts in early 2017, where they were involved in R&D of mechanical designs and systems, customer care, and product commissioning.

In addition, they gained academic experience as an Academic Mentor at Stellenbosch University in 2016.

During their vacation training periods, Danelle worked as a Vacation Training Student at Full Facing (Pty) Ltd in 2016, where they gained experience in complex sensor integration, Arduino programming, and python script programming. Danelle also worked as a Vacation Training Student at Quantum Design and Engineering (Pty) Ltd. in 2015, where they gained experience in PCB design and prototyping. Furthermore, they completed a vacation training period at Comar International in 2015, where they gained experience in mechanical design, design for machining, and the manufacturing industry.

Danelle Vivier completed their National Senior Certificate at Melkbosstrand Private School from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic Engineering at Stellenbosch University, graduating between 2013 and 2016.
