Ignatius Richards

Ignatius Richards has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ignatius started their career as a Specialist Investigator at the Directorate of Special Operations ('Scorpions'), where they focused on investigating complex financial crimes and organized crime activities. In 2008, they transitioned to a role as a BI Consultant at Satreno, where they worked until 2011. At EOH, they held positions as a BPC Netweaver Senior Consultant and later as the EPM Competency Manager. In these roles, they were involved in implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions and leading full implementations. In 2016, Ignatius joined Deloitte South Africa as a Manager, where they specialized in implementing budgeting and planning solutions using SAP BPC Embedded. Currently, Ignatius works at Decision Inc. as a Senior Solutions Architect and recently took on the role of Business Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis.

Ignatius Richards completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Economics and Banking from North West University in the years 1999 to 2002. In 2001 to 2002, they pursued an Honours B.Com. degree in Risk Management, Macro & Micro Economics from the same institution. In 2005, Ignatius attended the University of Johannesburg where they obtained a Diploma in Forensic Investigation specializing in Auditing and the Law of Evidence.
