Melanie Beetge

Melanie Beetge started their work experience in 2018 as an HR Administrator at Decision Inc. Immix. Melanie then transitioned to Decision Inc. in 2019, where they worked as an HR Business Partner until 2023. In February 2023, they were promoted to HR Lead: Operations, a role they currently hold.

Melanie Beetge completed their education at the North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Human Resource Management. In 2010, Melanie obtained an Honours Degree in Industrial Relations from the same university. Along with their academic qualifications, they also hold a certification in Intermediate Talent Sourcing Training, which was obtained in July 2022 from The Talent Hunter institution.
