Regina Emmerich

Regina Emmerich has a diverse work experience in project management. Regina started their career at BSG (Africa) in 2010, where they initially served as a Project Management Officer with a focus on quality management in the banking sector. Regina then advanced to become the Project Management Office Lead, responsible for aligning project objectives with client business goals and providing coaching to project leads. Regina worked at BSG until 2017.

In 2017, Regina joined Syrex (Pty) Ltd as a Senior Project Manager. During their time there, they successfully managed projects for multinational enterprise clients, overseeing project resources, managing project teams, and coordinating project plans across different business units. Regina also played a crucial role in setting up the Projects Management Office and implementing PMO processes throughout the organization.

Since 2021, Regina has been working at Decision Inc. Regina'sroles at Decision Inc. include Senior Project Manager and PMO Engagement Lead & Senior Project Manager, where they continue to demonstrate their expertise in project management and engagement leadership.

Regina Emmerich obtained their Matric from Fourways High School in 2003 with an exemption. Regina then attended Rhodes University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a BA Honours degree in English Language and Linguistics, with a focus on Mathematics and English Language and Linguistics. In terms of additional certifications, they completed the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) course in May 2021 through SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile. In June 2014, they obtained a certification in Legitimate Leadership, although the institution is not specified. In November 2011, they completed the Minto Pyramid Principle Course, and in May 2010, they obtained the ILX PRINCE2 Foundation certification. Lastly, in October 2013, they achieved the ILX PRINCE2 Practitioner certification through ILX.
