Mukkala Nikhil Reddy

Mukkala Nikhil Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. They began their career as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they troubleshooted and resolved issues related to BAU Order Management. They also researched technical issues and provided support to clients for the Retail website they worked on. Additionally, they created interstitial advertisements and developed classes using ASP.

Nikhil then progressed to the role of System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they acquired knowledge in Banking systems. They created work queries using MySQL to simplify data collection and restorations. They also created an associate education training module that resulted in a reduction in client escalation and saved the team's time.

Following this, Nikhil worked as a Data Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they created and worked on various reports using Excel and Power BI. They handled business meetings with stakeholders during crisis events and presented reports and dashboards prepared with Power BI. They also managed multiple teams for business continuity drills under the NorthernTrust account.

Nikhil also gained experience as a Project Intern at Ai Variant, where they worked with skilled team members to provide insights in insurance sales. They created appropriate dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and advanced Excel. They presented these dashboards to multiple teams to enhance their understanding of the insurance business.

Currently, Nikhil is working as a Software Engineer at Decision Minds. They have created interactive dashboards to analyze POS data for inventories manufacturing semiconductors. They have also developed an Iframe to provide easy access to all dashboards and have published dashboards and data sources using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

Mukkala Nikhil Reddy completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017.

In December 2021, they received the "Verified International Academic Qualifications" certification from World Education Services. Mukkala also holds a "C Certificate" from the NATIONAL CADET CORPS - India, which was obtained in April 2016.

Mukkala also passed the "SQL Intermediate" certification from HackerRank in February 2022 and participated in a "Tableau Training" program provided by Simplilearn in the same month.
