Cathy is currently serving as the Regional Vice President at Decision Point, where they focus on strategic member engagement using actionable data insights. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Milliman, where they provided healthcare analytics solutions to clients. Cathy also served as the VP of Sales at CareCentrix, coordinating home-based care for health plan members. In addition, they held leadership positions at Talix, Quantia Inc., Eliza Corporation, Optum (formerly Ingenix), and Aetna, where they gained extensive experience in sales, business development, and managing customer accounts. Cathy has a strong background in leveraging data and technology to improve healthcare outcomes and engage patients.
Cathy Shea has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Policy Management from Providence College. Cathy also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Prior to their college education, they attended Longmeadow High School.
