Michael Graves

Michael Graves is responsible for setting and driving the technology vision and direction of the company, including bringing new, innovative technology solutions to market. He oversees all technology infrastructure and technology delivery across the company’s various product lines and SaaS solutions within the mortgage industry.

Michael has over 20+ years of experience in the Mortgage Technology segment of the mortgage industry across both the origination and servicing segments. Prior to Decision Ready Solutions, Michael founded and later sold his own startup company.

Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Michael held various technology leadership roles in the mortgage industry at First American and Ocwen. He started his technology journey at CheckAGAIN, a technology startup in Reston, VA later acquired by FiServ.

Michael holds an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California Irvine and completed his Bachelor’s degree at Virginia Polytechnic and State University in Blacksburg, Virginia.
