Role Summary

The Human Resources Executive at Decisions will play a pivotal role across our India offices, aiding in support for operational excellence in HR functions. This individual will be responsible for managing the HR operations, ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience, maintaining employee records in HR information systems, and fostering a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.

We are looking for energetic and curious HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations for employees across multiple offices in India and collaborate with the global HR organization at our US headquarters.

Key Objectives

  • Objective #1: Drive excellence in HR operations and administration
    • Maintain and update employee records and HR information systems in compliance with company requirements, local laws and regulations
    • Assist with employee onboarding and exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions for all employees
    • Manage and track employee compensation & benefits, and other HR-related matters
    • Provide support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistency and alignment with company-wide HR initiatives
  • Objective #2: Foster a positive work culture and environment
    • Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment
    • Support people managers in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and employee development planning for their team members
    • Support the implementation learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth
    • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate action
    • Address employee concerns and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner, escalating when necessary
  • Objective #3: Help support in all aspects of reporting and compliance
    • Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Assist in preparing and maintaining HR reports and metrics to track employee data and program effectiveness.
    • Participate in audits and HR assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements

Specialized Experience

  • Degree with an MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration. (Full Time)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven company
  • Experience in HRIS systems, preferably Keka HR
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Work Location: Hyderabad

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work from office)

Working Hours: 11.00am to 8.00pm
