Jess Debusk

Jess DeBusk has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2006, they started their career as a Veterinary Assistant at Mercury Animal Hospital Inc and worked there until 2011. Following that, they joined Arvon Staffing in 2011 and held the roles of Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter until 2019, and Sales and Accounts Manager from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group as a Strategic Growth Liaison until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Specialist at Decisions, starting in November 2022.

Jess DeBusk has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with an HR Minor from Saint Leo University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2018. Jess also has an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Saint Leo University, which they received in 2016. Prior to attending Saint Leo University, Jess studied Biology, General at Longwood University from 2007 to 2009, although they did not receive a degree in this field. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Giving Your Elevator Pitch" from LinkedIn in August 2019 and "Certified Staffing Professional" from the American Staffing Association in May 2019.
