Soujanya Rao Appana

Soujanya Rao Appana, MBA, currently serves as a Solutions Engineering Developer at Decisions, focusing on clinical trials applications since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from February 2021 to November 2022, and as a Business Analyst at Vivid Technologies Inc from August 2019 to July 2020, where Soujanya gained expertise in SDLC methodologies and produced various project documentation. Additionally, Soujanya worked as a Python Developer at Aptech from July 2018 to July 2019, developing hands-on skills in Python programming, and completed a research internship at KRISHI VIGYAN KENDRA, SAMBALPUR in early 2018. Soujanya holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington and a BTech in Horticultural Science from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology.
