Samantha Wallace

Samantha Wallace is the current Managing Director of Global Talent Optimization at DecisivEdge. Samantha has over 25 years of experience in the financial and credit card industries.

Wallace began their career in 1994 as an Affinity Relationship and Portfolio Director at Bank of America. In 2005, they were promoted to MBNA Credit Card Portfolio Marketing Executive. The following year, they were again promoted to Network Management Executive. In 2009, they were promoted to Product Management Executive.

In 2012, Wallace left Bank of America to become an independent Credit Card Consultant. The following year, they joined Connexions Loyalty as Group Vice President of Account Management, a position they held for five years.

Wallace has a proven track record of success in the financial industry. Her experience and expertise have made their an asset to DecisivEdge, where they currently manage the talent optimization of the global team.

Samantha Wallace attended the John Carroll School for their high school education. Samantha then went on to study at Georgetown University, where they received their Bachelor of Science degree.

Their manager is Navroze Eduljee, CEO. They are on a team with Kevin Kent - Managing Director, Business Optimization, Bruce Hopkins - CFO, and Sukumar Narayanan - President.
