Giampiero Rufini

Giampiero Rufini is Vice President of Client Success for Decisyon. Giampiero has worked in many capacities at Decisyon and has led numerous initiatives for pharmaceutical customers, merging lean production principles — such as value creation, pull, flow, goal alignment and continuous improvement — with the Decisyon platform and its advanced technologies such as usability, control, integration and collaboration.

Giampiero has also been working to support businesses in their use of the Decisyon platform. Through his efforts, Giampiero has helped many industrial customers improve plant operations and gain a greater level of efficiency and execution. In 2007, Giampiero became the Quality Manager for Decisyon, leading the company successfully through the ISO 9001:2008 certification process, and promoting a continuous improvement culture throughout the company.

Giampiero started his career in 1998 in computer system validation and has worked in production area support and system development for pharmaceutical companies.
