Jessica Lauren has a wealth of experience in customer experience management, having worked in the field since 2012. Jessica began their career with NewYorkDress as a CX Operations Lead in 2012 and then moved on to Scentbird in 2015, where they held the roles of CX Tier 2 Project Manager and CX Manager. In 2018, they took on the role of CX Manager at Deck of Scarlet.
