Mariya Nurislamova

Mariya Nurislamova has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2008 when they were Executive Assistant to the CEO of Xtreme Mobile, an MVNO marketing proprietary brand of prepaid wireless nationwide. In 2010, they became the New York Regional Director of The Iris Organization, the largest and leading speed-reading organization in the U.S. In 2011, they co-founded Neuvey and served as COO. In 2012, they founded Missionelle and served as Chief Executive Officer. In 2013, they co-founded Beta Week, an invite-only IT conference in Moscow, and Scentbird, a fast growing fragrance subscription. In 2016, they co-founded Deck of Scarlet. Finally, in 2022, they became Chief Executive Officer of Drift, a leading Car Freshener subscription.

Mariya Nurislamova attended Perm State Technical University (PSTU) from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science. Mariya then attended Baruch College from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a BBA in Marketing Management. In 2015, they attended Y Combinator.
