Aaron Finch

Aaron Finch is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the VP of Hardware Engineering at DECKED since May 2024. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Director of Engineering at Canoo, overseeing multiple programs including LV and NASA initiatives from January 2018 to April 2024, and Manager of Engineering at Faraday Future, where Finch managed the interiors systems for the FF91 and LE80 programs from November 2015 to December 2017. Previous roles include senior positions at Futuris Automotive and Ford Motor Company, focusing on automotive design and interior trim for prominent models such as the Tesla Model S and the Ford Ranger. Aaron Finch began a career in engineering as an Automotive Design Engineer at EDAG, contributing to projects for major automotive brands, and has a foundational background as an apprentice tool maker. Finch holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
