Kaitlyn Turner

Kaitlyn Turner is an experienced communication and coaching professional with a strong background in program leadership and transformational coaching. Currently serving as a Program Leader at Decker Communications since July 2022, Kaitlyn focuses on enhancing effective speaking and communication skills through corporate training programs. In addition, Kaitlyn operates a transformational coaching business, specializing in authentic communication and narrative reshaping. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Pink Bateau, Lead Server at Canlis Restaurant, and Manager of Volunteer Services at Dream_Foundation. Kaitlyn holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies from Westmont College.
