Crystal Trahan

Crystal Trahan currently serves as Vice President and Managing Director at Decker Dispose-All & Recycling since October 2024, in addition to working as an HR and OD Consultant since February 2017. Trahan has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, having previously held roles such as HR Manager for Training & Development at The Gulf Coast Center and Psychology Professor at San Jacinto College. Notable achievements include overseeing change management initiatives, chairing quality improvement committees, and managing various operational aspects of community services in Galveston County. Trahan’s educational background includes a Master of Arts in Behavioral Science-Psychology and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Sociology.
