Anita Clerisse

Anita Clerisse, CPA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Deckers Brands since October 2025, overseeing a team of two and managing quarterly SEC filings alongside technical accounting analyses. Prior to this role, Anita was a consultant at Vaco, working with Deckers Outdoor Corp and EVgo, where responsibilities included leading SEC reporting processes and technical accounting analyses. Anita's extensive experience includes over 13 years at Granite Construction, where management of financial reporting functions involved directing teams for SEC filings, coordinating with external auditors, and overseeing financial system projects. Anita began her career at Deloitte as an Audit Accountant, where the focus was on audit fieldwork for various clients. Academically, Anita holds an MS in Accounting from San José State University and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
