David Thorpe

David Thorpe currently serves as Vice President of Product Development for Footwear at Deckers Brands, a position held since July 2023. Previously, David held the role of Head of Quality Assurance at ECCO Shoes from September 2020 to July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Product Development and Quality Assurance at Cole Haan between October 2015 and September 2020, and as Vice President of Advanced Concepts & Innovation at Wolverine Worldwide from February 2013 to October 2015. David's extensive background also includes the role of Vice President of Product Integrity within the Performance and Lifestyle Group at Collective Brands, Inc., and various positions at Stride Rite, including Director of Product Integrity and Director of Product Development & Engineering. David began the career at C & J Clark Ltd, serving as Senior Upper Sourcing Manager and engaging in product development and sourcing.
