Jessica Min

Jessica Min is an experienced professional in ethical supply chain management, currently serving as the Director of Ethical Supply Chain at Deckers Brands since October 2015, after progressing from the role of Senior ESC Manager. Prior to their tenure at Deckers, Jessica held the position of Ethical Supply Chain Compliance Manager at the same company from September 2008 to 2015. Jessica's career also includes significant roles at adidas group as SEA Manager and at Reebok, where responsibilities included serving as Executive Assistant to the Human Rights Manager. Jessica Min holds a BA in English and Economics from China University of Geosciences, earned between 1993 and 1997.
