Currently serving as Senior Director for North America Ecommerce at Deckers Brands since January 2014, Lauren has successfully overseen the digital strategy for UGG and Koolaburra. Prior roles at Deckers included Director of Sales and Director of Global Partner Retail, where Lauren focused on sales growth and established scalable retail strategies, particularly in China. Previous experience at Coach included driving the North America Travel Retail strategy and managing international finance initiatives. Lauren began their career as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. A graduate of the University of Virginia, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce.
