Mario Cadena

Mario Cadena, CPA, serves as the Director of Global Tax Reporting & Transformation at Deckers Brands since May 2024. Prior to this role, Mario accumulated extensive experience at EY from October 2010 to May 2024, advancing from Tax Staff to Tax Senior, then Tax Manager, and finally to Tax Senior Manager, focusing on Global Compliance and Reporting. Before joining EY, Mario worked as an Associate at Paradigm Tax Group, specializing in real and personal property tax administration for commercial and residential properties from November 2008 to October 2010. Academically, Mario holds a Master’s degree in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Information Systems, both from California State University-Northridge.
