Mark Shu

Mark Shu is a CPA and the Head of Internal Audit & ERM for APAC at Deckers Brands, where they have been employed since 2024. With a robust background in auditing spanning five years and one year of business analysis, Mark has demonstrated expertise in risk-oriented operational audits, financial statement review, FCPA compliance, and investigations. They previously held positions at notable companies including ITT Industrial Group and PwC, enhancing their experience in corporate internal audit. Mark earned a master's degree in Finance from Syracuse University, where they also contributed as an undergraduate tutor.
