Melissa Glupker

Melissa Glupker, MSSCM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Integrated Planning North America at Deckers Brands since March 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa held various senior positions at Wolverine Worldwide from January 1998 to March 2023, including Vice President of Global Demand Planning for both Multi-Brand and Merrell, where responsibilities encompassed leading global planning operations, managing forecasting and inventory, and collaborating with sales and finance teams to achieve revenue targets. Educationally, Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, a Leadership Program Certificate from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Communication from Aquinas College.
