Molly Pennette is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in global product and integrated marketing, particularly within the footwear and activewear sectors. Currently serving as the Global Integrated Marketing Manager for UGG at Deckers Brands since September 2016, Molly is responsible for leading the go-to-market process and crafting seasonal strategies. Previously, roles at Deckers include Global Product Marketing Manager and Global Marketing Manager, where significant contributions to brand awareness and sales were made. Prior to Deckers, Molly held various leadership positions at Lolë - Coalision, focusing on marketing, events, and brand development, and was instrumental in launching the brand in the U.S. Additionally, experience includes serving as an executive assistant for luxury goods brands and academic roles at Santa Barbara City College.
