Stan Hu

Stan Hu currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Development for Emerging Brands at Deckers Brands, where leadership focuses on driving operational excellence and overseeing Materials Operations and Digital Product Creation teams. Previously, Stan held significant roles at Vionic Group, managing product development and costing, and at LIUID, LLC as CEO, where responsibilities included comprehensive operations management. Experience also includes leadership positions at TOMS, where global sourcing strategies were developed, and Caleres, Inc., where production operations were managed in China. Stan's career began in the United States Army, where strategic healthcare training and planning were emphasized. Academically, Stan holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in General Studies from The University of Alabama.
