Susan Parrott

Susan Parrott, PMP, is a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive experience in inventory management and project leadership within the footwear and apparel industry. Currently serving as the Sr Supply Planning Manager at Deckers Brands since February 2011, Susan oversees inventory for major brands including HOKA, Teva, Sanuk, and Ahnu, managing a substantial $1+ billion business to ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries. Previous roles at Deckers include Inventory Supply Planning Manager and Global Trade Costing Manager, where responsibilities spanned multiple brands and global compliance. Prior to Deckers, Susan held various leadership positions at Harbor Freight Tools, including Director of Retail Advertising and Director of Purchasing, where strategic planning and process optimization were central to their contributions. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from California Lutheran University and an AA Degree from Pierce College.
