Chris Hutchens serves as the Director of Operations for Deckorators®, leading the operations of the company's new flagship Surestone extrusion facility in Buffalo since October 2025. Responsibilities include overseeing production, maintenance, safety, inventory, purchasing, and team development, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and plant performance. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Regional Director of Operations at UFP Packaging from January 2023 to November 2025 and has extensive experience with UFP Industries, having served as General Manager of Operations, Plant Manager, and Project Manager from June 2005 to June 2023. Additionally, Chris worked as Operations Manager for E2 apparel LLC, ATS LLC, and Ibis Signs LLC from September 2018 to September 2020.
