Lisa Hines

Lisa Hines, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Associate Representative at Primerica Financial Services, gaining sales experience in life and health insurance, investment opportunities, and debt management. In 2005, they served as a Research Assistant at the South Dakota Investment Council. Lisa then transitioned to the role of Administrative Assistant at The University of South Dakota from 2001 to 2005.

In 2006, Lisa joined ŠKODA AUTO a.s. as an Event Coordinator and later became a Marketing Specialist. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at G&K Services in different positions, including Marketing Communications Specialist, Associate Manager - Direct Marketing, Associate Manager - Ecommerce & Marketing, and Digital Marketing Manager. During their tenure, Lisa successfully executed various marketing strategies, digital optimization efforts, and led multi-channel campaigns.

Their most recent position was at Conservis, where they held roles such as Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Director - Marketing and Customer Experience, and Senior Director - Customer Growth & Retention. At Conservis, Lisa achieved remarkable results such as increasing customer growth and professional service revenue by 488% and improving contract value by 166%. Lisa also played a key role in managing marketing and communication strategies during an acquisition.

Currently, Lisa holds the position of Director of Brand Marketing at DecksDirect, starting in 2023.

Lisa Hines, MBA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of South Dakota, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, attended from 2009 to 2011.
