Aileen Chang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investments and acquisitions. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Declaration Partners since July 2023, Aileen previously held the position of Associate in U.S. Real Estate Acquisitions at The Carlyle Group from October 2017 to July 2021. Prior to that role, Aileen was a Senior Financial Analyst in Investments at JBG SMITH from May 2014 to September 2017 and completed internships at Urban | One and JBG SMITH. Aileen Chang earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School between January 2021 and January 2023, and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Applied Economics and Management and in the Science of Natural and Environmental Systems from Cornell University.
